he scope of the project is to capture employee profiles as well as office
profiles in the CPIS database of all the departments, spread over in the entire
state of Jammu & Kashmir. It also envisages to keep uptodate information of
employees, when they are promoted, transferred or retired etc. It also aims to
assign a unique Employee Identification Number to all the employees for future
references. Further this CPIS database can be used for electronic service book
Benefit of the System
Finance Department can get the required report of the Employees of a department,
office wise as and when desired without wasting much time.
Heads of department can generate any kind of report within his department for
various analysis such as transfer and posting, Promotion at any time. They can
generate the report from their offices, if the Govt decides to give them the
permission to do so from their office rooms.
Transparency will be observed in transfer and posting leading to
better administration in every department.
Effective manpower management will be brought to all the departments.
State financial management will be improved.
