What is CPIS ?
 Centralized Personnel Information System (PIS) is a project taken up by Government of Jammu & Kashmir for creation of database of Government Employees with necessary technical support by National Informatics Centre.

How CPIS work?
The normal procedure that has been following till that is, the Line Department has to intimate any changes in their department to us through the Forms uploaded on this site,  this will be updated in the CPIS Database. Certification on this  newly updated employee list  would be necessary and that would be done by the Finance Budget, Government of Jammu & Kasmir.

Where can I get the Forms?

CPIS Forms are published on this Web Site.  Anybody can Download the Forms where internet connectivity is available.
